Jan Duffie

I moved to Cannon Falls almost 3 years ago to be with family after living in Chaska MN where I mentored teen women for several years. I gained experience working with adults, youth and families as a social worker for over 40 years, and I enjoy supporting teens as they navigate personal challenges and build confidence in who they are.  TreeHouse provides me the opportunities to invest in the community while encouraging teens and helping them find a pathway to a future they are proud of.
